Are you bringing a pet in for surgery?
What You Should Know Before Bringing Your Pet In For Surgery:

  • For safety purposes, animals are to be under control at all times, either on a leash or in a carrier box when they are brought in.
  • Appointments are necessary for vaccinations and surgeries.
  • All animals must have proper vaccinations before surgery.  If your pet needs vaccinations, they may be given at the time of the pre-operative exam on the day of surgery.  If your pet has received the vaccinations from your veterinarian, please present the certification before surgery.
  • Payment for all fees is due at the time of pick up. We accept credit, debit, and cash.
  • Food and water must be withheld for at least 12 hours before bringing your pet in for surgery. This is necessary to prevent the inhalation of vomit while under anesthesia.
  • No food or water for your pet after 9:00 pm the night prior to surgery.Only for dogs/cat 6 months & older. Puppies & kittens under 6 months should be fed/watered as usual.
  • It's important that you deliver and pick up your pet at the specified times.
